“40 Reps”?

A solid skier on ski holiday makes about 40 turns before coming to a stop. FIS World Cup Giant Slalom races often consist of approximately 40 turns. As a result, “40 Reps” is our metric. Our standard. An initial guidepost setting a course on a map to get you from where you are, to where you need to be. A method to earn some safe, fun, ski success.

Each athlete knows where she stands, and where she needs to be. Perhaps you will require more than 40 reps. Perhaps your 40 reps will consist of a much higher or lower exertion demand. Factors such as: personal goals; age; experience; athleticism, and; emotional intensity are all factors which affect your personal training needs.

SO, we use 40 Reps as an initial gauge, a yardstick, a touchstone. It is a measurable standard. JOIN us and discover how awesome you can be with SkiPrep in 40 Reps!
